Payments per credit card, check or bank transfer
are possible until July 10 only. Afterwards
payment in DM is possible.
Registration before May 15 is $200 US and includes additional refreshments, a
ticket for the conference luncheon, and a copy of the Proceedings. After May 15 the rate rises to
$250 US. A reduced rate of $150 US is available for students, but does not include a copy of the
Proceedings. Pre-registration is recommended since only limited seating is available.
After May 15
the student rate rises to $200 US. Registration fees before May 15 can be paid to University of

FINANCIAL SUPPORT
Limited financial support is available upon request for graduate
students and post-doctoral fellows who are making presentations at the conference. Please
submit a short justification to the Conference organizers including your name,
address, phone number(s), an estimated budget for attending the conference, and the amount of
the stipend requested.
